Easy, portable, and attractive. Our tension fabric stands are an easily assembled display most commonly used for temporary events such as trade shows, conferences, presentations, mall kiosks, and more. They are the latest in indoor stand-alone advertising and feature lightweight, interlocking tube hardware that require no tools in setup. These stands are especially popular because of their durable, wrinkle resistant fabric that can be reused for years to come. We even include a complimentary soft-sided canvas carrying bag so that you can store and reuse our tension fabric stands at every event you attend!

We use a dye-sublimation process to infuse the ink into our 100% polyester fabric and deliver vibrant, beautiful prints of your design. This process prints bright, accurate colors and we have found that there is an increase in quality and durability. Because we use this process, our printed fabric is machine washable and can be washed in cold water and air dried, ensuring that your banner is bright and ready for its next use. We recommend printing your tension fabric stand on both sides at no extra cost to you! 

Our tension fabric stands come in two different sizes: 48” x 90” and 36” x 90”. We recommend the 48” x 90” size for designs that are more intricate or include graphics/images. The 36” x 90” option is fitting for designs that mainly utilize text or vertical orientation because of the stand’s narrow width. 

To assemble, lay out the tube parts and interlock corresponding poles into place. Insert the assembled frame into the heavy duty base plate. Then, slide your printed fabric over the frame and pull to the bottom. Zip up the bottom and you have a fully assembled stand ready for use!

What type of files can I submit?

  • Image format: JPG, PNG, TIF, PSD, AI, PDF, and EPS files. If you have other types of files, we can check them to make sure that they are usable with creating the digital print file. Please do not hesitate to contact us!
  • CMYK: For optimal quality, it is imperative your files are in CMYK mode.
    • CMYK stands for cyan, magenta, yellow and black (key). These 4 colors make up the color model used in printing. On the other hand, RGB stands for red, green and blue and are used in digital platforms. Many of the digital images you see online are in RGB mode. RGB colors cannot be perfectly reproduced in CMYK, which becomes an issue in printing; the colors you see on your screen can look different when actually printed. Therefore, we ask that your files always be in CMYK mode. Please note that we are NOT responsible for color variations due to incorrect color modes.
  • Resolution: your logo images must have a minimum of 300 dpi resolution. Lower resolution will result in the logos looking pixelated (blurred).
  • Size of logo images: the optimal size of your logo images will vary depending on the banner size. As a rule of thumb, it is recommended that your logos images be at least 1500 px as the width.
  • File size and resolution: If you are uploading your own file for the banner, your file must have a minimum of 100 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size. For larger files, you can have a dpi of 300 at 25% to 50% of the final print size.

How can I place an order?

If you already have an image file, simply upload your file using the ‘upload’ button on the product page and submit your order. If you don’t have a banner design, use our easy designer tool to make your banner! Select the template and simply replace the sample logos with your own logos. Once you are happy with your design, submit your order.
