Shipping & Returns

When you submit an order at, you agree with the Terms of Use as well as the Shipping and Return Policy. The Shipping and Return Policy is subject to change without prior notice. Changes will go into effect upon posting.

Return Policy

We always strive to provide the best shopping experience. Before your order is shipped out, bannerNprint will check to ensure that your print and any other products you purchased through the site is correct and free of manufacturing defects. However, from time to time, there may be an error(s) with your order and we will do our best to correct the error. If your order is incorrect (incorrect is defined as receiving a product of a design that you did not submit) or has a defect (defect is defined as having missing or broken parts), you must contact our customer service department by email or phone within 24 hours of delivery during business hours. We reserve the right to ask for photos or additional information regarding the issue with the order.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact customer service via email or phone as soon as possible. You may NOT cancel your order once you have approved the proof. 

To safeguard our employees and customers, once shipped, we are not accepting returns at this time. All sales are final.

Refunds generally take several business days to show up on your bank account or PayPal account. With some financial institutions, they may even take up 30 days to post your refund on your account. This will vary depending on your financial institutions.

**Broker Return Policy
Orders processed under a Broker account CANNOT be refunded as agreed to in the terms of use of joining the program.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Production Time
Once you submit your order, you will receive an email with your proof within2-4 business hours. This may vary on the order quantity and the time the order was placed. If you submit your order outside of business hours (Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm), we will send you an email with your proof the following business day. Once you have approved the proof, it will be sent to print the same or next business day depending on when the approval was received. If you approve your design by 1 pm EST on a business day, your order can be shipped out the same day. This excludes certain products and may vary depending on the quantity of your order. Production includes printing, packing and shipping of the products ordered. Please note that with production time, there is always a small chance of delay due to various factors that may be out of our control such as file errors, weather not permitting shipment, etc.

**Broker Shipping and Handling Policy
Orders received from a Broker account will be process “AS IS” and will be sent straight to production WITHOUT a proof email as agreed to in the terms of use of the program.

Production time is subject to the same policy as all other orders.

FedEx/UPS Shipping
All orders are shipped on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) through FedEx/UPS.  Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Duluth, Georgia. Delivery depends on the shipping method chosen upon checkout. Please note this also means your order must be paid in full.

**We CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes**

FedEx/UPS Ground
Economical ground delivery for businesses and residences. Service days are Monday through Friday. With FedEx/UPS Ground, there is no guarantee delivery time but estimation will be provided through FedEx/UPS’s tracking number.
FedEx/UPS 2 Day Air
Express Shipping that delivers within 2 business days to most addresses. Packages are delivered by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas and by 8 p.m. to residences. Service days are Monday through Friday.
FedEx/UPS Next Day Air
Next business day delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses, by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas, and by 8 p.m. to residences. Service days are Monday through Friday.

Delivery Time
Delivery time will depend on the method of shipping you choose at checkout. FedEx/UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please note that Fedex/UPS provides estimated delivery dates through their website which can be tracked by the tracking number. There is always a chance of delay due to weather, traffic, and logistical issues. bannerNprint cannot be held responsible for any such delivery delays.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
We are NOT responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Please file a claim with FedEx/UPS if you believe your package was lost/stolen.
